Got such excellent service before, during and after purchasing an Acura RDX here. The staff are so helpful and really care about their clients. Syd spent quite a bit of time helping me with my tech components in my car, resetting things and showing me how other items worked that I was confused about. Jee, in the Service Department, words cannot express. What a kind, cheerful, go the extra mile type of person. Lucky company that finds such great employees! Would highly recommend them.

Great dealership! Buying process was easy and smooth. Their service department is the same. I will definitely be going back. They took care of a nasty rattle I had on my SRT. Have to say I’m very happy with the service department and Sam for taking care of my issue. Tony my salesman is top notch . He made the deal happen before I could even ask for a test drive. Thank you all who made it happen and took care of the rattle.
I received a diagnosis from a local mechanic that I needed a new alternator. After getting quotes for 5 different mechanics they all quoted me at prices that were far out of my budget. The Acura dealership has always taken care of my RDX, but since moving to Solvang, I was hoping to find someone more local who was just as trustworthy and reliable. I called the dealership for my 6th quote on replacing my alternator car and the service advisor had a hunch that I might not even a new one. Turns out he was right. My car was totally fine just having replaced the battery. I wish I had remembered his name, but he had my best interest at heart and saved me hundreds of dollars. To this day, the Acura dealership in every city I have lived has always taken excellent care of me. I will always be grateful.

It turns out there's only 4 dealerships in the entire country who have the specific vehicle I'm buying. Santa Barbara had one of them! Much to my delight CJ was by far the most professional of all the salespeople I have spent the better part of week talking to trying to track down my car. He provided accurate (you'd be surprised how tough that can be to come by!) and detailed information. If he didn't have the answer to a question, he would find out and call back immediately. The car was priced well, however, the shipping cost (which is out of the dealers hands) caused the sale to not make financial sense for us. Ultimately we opted to just purchase the trim level above at the local dealer. I highly recommend working with CJ who I can confidently say is one of the best in the biz!
